Share buy-backs |
The Group has on occasion bought shares in itself. These are typically held in Treasury. These are available for resale at the discretion of the Group. The Group may also make further purchases into Treasury pursuant to the consent provided by shareholders to do so, details of which are provided in the Annual Report & Accounts. |
Executive Remuneration: |
The Group remunerates and incentivises its executives via a mixture of salary and discretionary bonuses. The latter is typically decided by the Remuneration Committee based on the level of profits earned by the Group in the year under consideration. Such an approach to bonuses enables the Group to consider its position in the round before making an allocation. |
